About the Founder, Grace Chung DiPaolo
I am an empathetic former MedTech executive who understands the importance of creating a trusting, engaged and accountable work environment to succeed and stay relevant in today’s global business world.
Over my 25 years of global corporate experience with Fortune 100 companies—and 20 years in leadership positions in the healthcare industry—I’ve experienced a wide range of situations managing start-up, established, and fast-growing healthcare businesses at country, regional and global levels.
Multicultural experience has always been part of my DNA. My parents are Chinese immigrants who moved to Brazil in the 1950s. After growing up in my native country and earning my BA in Business from University of São Paulo, I relocated to the US where I completed my MBA at New York University. I am a dual citizen of Brazil and the US, married to an American attorney, and am a continuous learner of cultural sensitivity in our globalized world.
Throughout my career, I mastered my understanding of relationship-building by leading organizations in various emerging and developed markets. This important knowledge helped me recognize that true success is a product of three distinct factors: a solid strategy, a relentless focus on execution, and a team that is truly engaged in making things happen.
As a fully certified Executive Coach, I’m committed to helping other MedTech leaders find true success by overcoming their challenges and realizing their full potential. I’m able to do this effectively and efficiently through my unique multicultural background and the vast skill set and experience I’ve acquired over my career.
Above all, I am dedicated to intimately connecting with people. As an Executive Coach, I bond with each of my clients by putting myself in their shoes and actively listening to their concerns and frustrations to offer thoughtful, actionable strategies for their own success.
My passion for leading others through their personal development journeys extends into my volunteerism and community involvement. I’m a proud ProKids Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system; a mentor in the Health Business Association; a member of the Impact100 Health and Wellness Committee, a women-led philanthropic group that funds local non-profit organizations; and a strong advocate for diversity and women’s support initiatives in business.
