How It Works
I drive MedTech organizations to develop engaged, high-performing teams by working with all parties to understand what’s currently working well and what areas need improvement.
By performing assessments and facilitating team member interviews, I encourage staff and management to work more effectively together toward shared goals by:
- Improving communication and team dynamics
- Helping team members learn to actively listen to others as well as be heard
- Working with teams on challenges and opportunities identified as the highest priorities for all
- Conducting post-coaching interviews to hear progress and challenges, report back findings, and resolve any lingering issues
